Details
There are six villas that are available for sale in `Tihia kat`.
Villas are located on a terrace above the sea with an average height above sea level of 23
meters and 50 meters from the beach line. The area is under the regulation of the town of
Balchik, in the nearest vicinity of the Palace and the Botanical Garden. The plot has
exceptional qualities as a location, easily accessible by existing roads, has valuable
perennials and is an attracting place for temporary or permanent year-round living.
